The bike will be fine. Any frame can handle a bit of gravel road.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0

It'll be fine - once the wheels have settled down (never ridden a bike where the spokes pinged so much in the first few 10's of km) - I have given mine quite some abuse including a daily ride down half a dozen shallow steps into Vondel Park.
The only thing to be careful of with those tyres is keeping an eye on the brake blocks. I damaged the sidewall of a tyre because I wasn't paying attention to the pad wear and the arc of the caliper meant the pad started rubbing on the 27c tyre.ROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0
