Neither will make much, if any, difference to be fair. Why are you intent on going ceramic?

I did quite a bit of analysis of ceramic bearings. I found that initially the ceramic was a touch faster (and I mean a very small amount) but over time the hardened balls would eat into the track and the advantage would be diminished. After only a few 100km, a steel bearing had less drag.

Also be aware that ebay Ceramic bearings are utter rubbish

I swapped my Rotor bottom bracket for a Cbear ceramic one and it's been great since I fitted it a few months back. Can only recommend it.

Friction facts did a very in-depth analysis of bottom brackets, the summary conclusion was that the seals and grease were a bigger contributor than the bearing material. Some of the steel bottom brackets outperformed the ceramic ones.
