slipping - but only in one gear ?

I notice a very minor slip when in (i think) gear 3 at the weekend.

Chain and Cassette cable are all relatively new .

Im thinking either BB - or hub - both are the original parts and have done over 6500 miles

Note - by slipping I mean I very briefly pedal without my effort going to the back wheel ....

Any pointers as to what the problem could could be - its an ultegra 10 - 2009 version.

Could be wear in the freehub mechanism starting to show, if it is the original part? Though you would expect it to happen in more than one gear combination.

Clean/lube the freehub and go from there.
