The Critérium du Dauphiné 2017 route has been announced. After some fruity little rolling stages, the last 3 days are these:-

I miss the good ol' 50km TTs in the Dauphine.
Though that looks like a decent set up of stages, have to say.
You know you're in summer when the HC big boy mountains turn up.0 -
Interesting to see on the last but one stage they are riding the "back road" to Alpe d'Huez via the Col de Sarenne. Its been one of my favourite Alpine rides for a long time.

Stage 8 is fantastic... final climb to Solaison is a brute0

They're never going to do a 50km ITT under current circumstances. Maybe when Monsieur Jean-Paul Indurain comes on to the scene.0

Bother - the first time I'll be in the Drôme at the right time to see a stage, and they're missing it out entirely!

John.
Thought that from looking at the parcours. Think i've only ever seen one route me used on TV, so will be good to see another route used.
Too early to say but hopefully it's a decent race and not just ridden by people looking for form for Le Tour0
