Yeah, give fat lad a chance. And a pie. Both will cheer him up, which is nice.
Not quite sure what "occupational health" actually do, mind. All sounds a bit clandestine, black ops stylee.

I thought they did stuff like make sure your desk was the right height and that you didn't use the bin as an old newspaper receptacle/ashtray?

Clipboards at nine o'clock, deep intakes of breath on seeing the sneaky heater under the desk?

That's what I thought, making sure people go to the toilet, rather than pi55 in jars, that kind of thing. Looks like they can make mental health assessments as well.

I'm really trying to help the guy. Told him to make use of the BUPA free health assessment as well. Won't work though, he'll still be shite at his job and end up being fired for it a few months down the line. Hey ho...

Guy's got serious issues I would think. Can't think what he'd be good at.

Told me that his wife told him to "man up", so not much support at home either then.

Sort him out proper that would. Either that, or MF would end up killing him.I'm thinking the latter.

One gets a good weekend out (fist fight thrown in) and the other gets 'solved. 'Win/win.

Oooooh - no - I don't do all that feisty fisty pub stuff - it's horribly vulgar and I'll undoubtedly end up getting my head kicked in.

I'm more of a slink off and let the locals batter each other kind of guy.

He might not have much choice. Even more reason to learn to say "wasnea me" before the weekend to end all weekends in Cumbernauld.

    Too right.

Added to the fact that I bruise easily I've never really been one for getting punched in the face.

Depends who they are - TDV and I were watching the news last night and TDV commented that Nicola Sturgeon looked a bit of a fighter and would probably doof up Theresa May and most of the Cabinet without breaking a sweat.

No need to comfort NS I feel.

Now TDNFNATN...... there's another matter. Then again, I reckon after a couple of bottles of Buckfast she'll turn all Begbie on ya.
