Hi there. I'm looking for a new bike. Actually my first proper road bike, but i need some input on bikes.
I want these things.
Under 9kg
hydraulic disc brakes
Minimum shimano 105
tyre clearance for 32/33mm
Price up to £1900
I have mostly looked at canyon ENDURACE CF SL DISC 8.0 and their ENDURACE AL DISC 6.0 and ENDURACE AL DISC 7.0
But are there other brands i should look at?
9 out of 10 times i'm going to ride on tarmac. But i would like to put on a pair of 32/33 mm gravel tyres to take a little detour thru the forest, nothing crazy mtb trails. Just gravel in good weather.

Possibly Cannondale Synapse Disc - the 2017 models have upgraded to hydraulics
The 105 model is a shade over your budget but there might be a deal to be done within your budget

In another report I noted that they will take 28mm tyres but not sure if they take 30/32mm0 -
Seem to be hearing this a lot lately - but how about the Cube Attain GTC Pro Disc?
Fits the majority of your spec. It's, according to the Cube website, bang on 9kg, comes with 105 & hydraulic disc brakes. You can definitely fit 28mm tyres to it, probably 32s as well. So far under your budget you could probably buy some upgrades (wheels?) to take more weight off it
I've recently bought one, haven't upgraded anything yet, but I'm very happy with it

There are also some 2016 Genesis Equilibrium Disc 20's available. Reynolds 725 frameset, 105 groupset, HY/RD disc brakes (cable actuated with hydraulic calipers at the disc), Fulcrum disc wheels, for the £1k mark. Might be a little heavier than you want at 10 kg, but for endurance work, probably as good as anything out there....
I think Winstanleys have them....0 -

Slightly heavier than your target but a superbly versatile bike that comes set up with those wider tyres for a bit of gravel action.0 -
How about ROSE, they have a number of hydraulic disc bike in their lineup, like this https://www.rosebikes.com/bike/rose-pro-sl-disc-3000-hydraulic/aid:892055'Hello to Jason Isaacs'0

2016 105 and Ultegra both came with Hydraulic options.
Tyres - pretty sure genuine 30's will go on there, bought some 32mm Gravel Kings in anticipation, but yet to fit them.
Personally, I would get this:

£100 over budget, but surely that justifies the upgrade to Ultegra?Felt F70 05 (Turbo)
Marin Palisades Trail 91 and 06
Scott CR1 SL 12
Cannondale Synapse Adventure 15 & 16 Di2
Scott Foil 180 -

What size are you, this 2016,54 carbon Whyte is reduced to £1289.Check out other Whyte bikes they always get good reviews.Their sizing is slightly different with longer top tube and shorter stems.
Or have you had a look at Boardman.Sram rival is 105 level and their discs are very good.
