Shoe recommendation

My old carbon sole'd DHB's have given up and I'm in the market for some new ones.....
Looking for something fairly stylish
That will survive daily commuting year round
Not too heavy
Too stupidly expensive
I currently have Giro Prolights for racing in a 43, and the old DHBs were a 43 as well, so any compatible sizing recommendations would be great too.

I think you'll get more help if you set a max budget and a colour preference.0

Threads like this never go well, for obvious reasons. I would just try looking on the internet. Or simply buying the same again.0

White or black, about £70.
Just had a look around, anything better (cheaper) than the Giro Apeckx II?0 -
Have you considered other colours?0

Any shoe that fits will be fine.0

How do Shimano shoes compare to Giro's?
Giro's are a 43, would I be a 43 or a 44?0 -
I had have a pair of giro empires in 44 and a pair of shimano in 45. I tried the shimano in a 44 but they were to small.0

These in Black or White or one blue one pink.
If they are good enough for JC Peraud. They are good enough for you."If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got."

I use SPDs for my commuter and have just bought some Giro VR90's. Bloody fantastic and look very cool IMO.
As for SPD-SL's, I don't think I will ever stray from the S-Works range. Have done me proud over the past 15 years in both MTB and road.
I currently own a pair of S-Works Sub-6s and they're perfect for me.0
