Wheel bearing advice

So my bearings are sounding like mice after this mornings wet ride, so I'm going to replace them. The originals are 609 2RSH. Anyone know the significance of the H on the end? Can I use any 609-2RS bearing?

2rs - rubber seal both sides
2rsh - ditto, except for some makes i think the seal may be metal reinforced

for bike wheels treat them as interchangeable
