Hi, we are students of University of Birmingham. We are working on a study about cyclist’s attitudes towards some bicycle brands and retailers, which really needs your opinion. This questionnaire contains 12 questions, and it will take around 3 minutes to finish. We sincerely appreciate your time and kind help.

The question about quality of brands is meaningless as the bulk of any bike is bought in components which are identical to those used by other brands

In the question about price Halfords is not a brand, Trax, Apollo, Carrera, Voodoo, 13, Trott etc are their brands.

Nearly all brands have some shocking bikes and some good ones so most of the questions would have different answers depending on which bike in the brand you were talking about.

Service quality is not about 'the bicycles the following retailers sell' but about the retailer themselves!
