I replaced the toilet roll yesterday and as I got a new one out the packet I noticed the blurb on the packaging, it read "enriched with Vitamin E"

Clearly, someone deems it necessary to put vitamin E on my bumhole.

but is it necessary ... I mean, I don't recall there currently being a product along the likes of Vitamin E bumhole cream. .. so is there a need for it ? ... and if so, up until now, how have people been getting enough vit E on their bumholes ?

I wonder if that cycling cream has vit E in it ?

so

Who puts vit E on there bumholes, what does it do ... and is anything else worth putting on there ??

    Zinc.

I always thought that toilet paper was impregnated with it, because it's good at promoting healing, but I can't find anything about it being in bog-roll from a quick search. Zinc is used in quite a few skin care products (Sudocrem, and zinc and castor oil cream for example).

The reason I knew it was there (in paper) in the past is that one of the analytical machines I used to use showed up an amount of zinc which we couldn't account for. It was coming from the the tissue that was used to clean the sampling tip.

I once prescribed a wire brush and paraffin for someone who had been a particularly naughty boy with a local girl of very dubious morales.

By dubious morales I mean a total slapper.

That was for his willy though, not his rectum.

Is that why doc leaves are good for cleaning up if caught short in an emergency whilst out in the wilderness?

It contains fiber, protein and energy. In terms of minerals, it contains calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and zinc, which are all natural and necessary elements in our balanced diet. It is rich in vitamin C, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, vitamin A and vitamin B6. .
