In Blade Runner, is Deckard a Replicant?

Surely the most important question is whether replicants are human?0

One of my favourite films, don't care which cut really.
In the scene where Deckard is testing Rachel, as she first walks into the room, her eyes reflect the light just like the 'replicant' owl's eye do.
Following the test Deckard declares her a replicant. A mate at the time used to say, "Well we knew that!, because her eyes are reflective" Completely missing the point that if it was that easy, they wouldn't have messed about doing the test!
The older I get, the better I was.0 -
Said this on the trailer thread but I reckon this new one is going to be a winner. Villeneuve is proving to be a superb director, you don't get much better than Roger Deakins behind the camera and Fancher has done both screenplays.
And on a Scott tip - check the brand new Alien Covenant trailer. Ooft!0 -
In the book - no
In the director's cut - yes
Any other version - who knows?0 -
New version coming? Yummers0

Brilliant film and a brilliant question.
Replicant.
You can tell by the eyes in one scene (I think its when he gets out of the shower) where for a brief moment you can see he has reflective cats eyes.
Then at the end theres the origami unicorn !!! I think this symbolises Gaff is subtly letting Deckard know that Gaff knows Deckard is a replicant and is escaping with Rachael.
Dont replicants have pre-programmed memories? Maybe Gaff knows about Deckards unicorn dream.
Then you can hear Gaff saying "Its too bad she won't live. But then again who does"? Does that mean all of them are replicants?
Apparently theres a Bladerunner 2 coming out.
P.S Ever since watching this film Ive always wanted to learn how to make origami unicorns and subtly leave them places."The Prince of Wales is now the King of France" - Calton Kirby0
