So the CAAD12 comes with 11-28 cassette, is it possible for me to make it 14-32? If so, how should i do it?

I don't think I've ever used (maybe once or twice) 11, or 12 on my current bike...

Do you mean can you buy a new cassette for it - if so, then the answer is going to be yes. Although you may also need to switch rear mechs as well.
  • If it's the 105 bike the maximum rear cog size a medium cage 105 RD can take is 28T. Shimano are pretty cautious when it comes to this, so you might be able to squeeze a 30T in there, possibly even a 32T but it could go wrong.

I will answer the Q you asked......

You need a 14-28 and 11-32 6800 cassettes (or a 5800 11/32 to save a few quid) take the 2 carriers with the largest sprockets from the 11/32 and swap them onto the 14/28 or just the largest carrier from the 11/32, depends which gears you decide you want.

As said you might need a different rear mech and a slightly longer chain.

i ve fitted a 11-32 cassette with no problems, using a SS RD depends on the length of the gear hanger, you ll need to screw in the B screw, to get the clearance needed when on the largest cog.
