I've bought a 1946 R O Harrison frameset, but I don't get on with drops? What other bars would be worth looking out for?

Swept back bars. I have a set on this bike that are coming off as i new bars. See the last pic in this thread. Be warned however clamp area varies in dimaeter. These swept bars ha e a 23.6mm diameter for the stem.

Just got today a lovely set of steel drops witha nice shallow bend.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0 -
Thank you but I think the grips will be too low. I'm looking to achieve a more sit up and beg feel....nice bike..0

The drop is very shallow. You can use a longer quill to bring the bars up. Or fit north road bars for thr sit up and beg look.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0
