Replacement Lowers for Fox 36's

Hey guys, I have unfortunately cracked the lowers on the 36's on my Patriot.
I am looking into replacing the lowers instead of buy a whole new fork. Wondering what is the best way to go about this?
I have seen THESE, but am unsure of the compatability as the forks are 2007's.
If I can get the lowers then I guess I could send them off to Mojo/TF/Flowtec.
Any help would be appreciated, cheers.

Well that didn't work..
So the guys in the previous link have said it is going to be 6 - 8 weeks for fox to make them and send them over.
They also said it is nonrefundable once the order is placed?
My concern is if the lowers aren't compatible then surely I can still get a refund?
As far as I'm aware they should be okay, but perhaps you lot may know otherwise. I asked for 26" wheel, 160mm travel, 20mm axle, 36mm stanchion. So fingers crossed when they eventually arrive they will fit!0 -
Mark Anthony. Good luck with that. Do a forum search.
Never mind I'll do it for you.

Yeah I've heard about him, going to hope this doesn't end up another one of the horror stories.
At the end of the day consumer rights are on my side. I guess I'll update this thread in 6 - 8 weeks. When they arrive (or not..)0 -
Out of curiosity, did you use the slot or gap plates ? ( whatever the name )
I ask as all the pics I see of cracked 36's at the bolt through, these plates
always seem to be missing.
Even on some Ebay listings for Fox 36's, these plates are absent.0 -

Sorry for the late reply, they cracked on the lower leg where the two bolts tighten on the non-driveside. It sheared right off, I'll put some pics up when I can.
Also nearing the 8 week mark, no word0 -
Well they have said they are still on back order. I got sick of waiting as it is now week 9/10. Phoned Mojo, they found me a set within 2 days. (why did I not just go to them to begin with?!)
So now the fun part, seeing how long it will take to get my money back from the original place. They better not be bellends about it. Also Mojo are charging half the price, finally might be able to get the Patriot built back up.0 -
Should be easy if you used Paypal, relatively easy if a credit card, good luck with Mark Anthony if you paid cash.I don't do smileys.

Well got the money back, but yet more problems sadly. Mojo had a set of lowers, but they weren't compatable
So have ordered up a 2018 set at £1100ish, still cheaper than a new dh bike!!
The old 36's will be retired and used as a wall ornament.0 -
Bummer. But at least they'll be shiny for a while.I don't do smileys.
