Rear direct mount brakes

I needed a pair of direct mount brakes for my canyon aeroad frame, and ended up buying the 105-5810 brakeset. I didn't notice that I bought the under bb version of the brakes until they arrived. So, is there any way I could use the under-bb variant with my frame?
Just to clarify- I have the shimano br-5810-r, do i need the shimano br-5810-rs one, or is there any way to make it work with these?
