Swapping wheelsets

Hi all!
I wanted to ask your advice on swapping wheelsets between bikes.
I have a cheap no name bike for commuting, its light, fast and rides well but I managed to crack the rear wheel hub so am thinking to upgrade the wheelset, maybe using the wheels from my racing bike - Look KG 481 SL with Shimano R500 - which I would then upgrade too.
Since the Look is 10 speed and the no name is 7, it is possible for a shop to swap those over?!
Ideally I would swap tires too as my commuter’s are skinny but with a little more grip than race tires.
Any recommendations for a new wheelset for the Look?
I'd like to spend around €250 I guess.

7 speed cassette or is it a freewheel? if it's a freewheel then you won't be able to straight swap as the methods of the cogs driving the backwheel one way and slipping the other are different. if it's a cassette then you're more likely to be able to.
Best thing to do is to take the cogs off and see if they fit the other.0
