Rear Rack Mounted Light Protector Frame

Another "does it exist" question from me.
I've got 2 bikes with toppeak super tourist rear panniers where the rear light is "proud" of all the framework around it, meaning their rather exposed if the bike gets knocked or goes down.
Having just scratched the fitted light & smashed the clip that been fitted to them when flipping the bike around on it's tail to get it out of a small space, I'm wondering if a frame exists that can be put around pannier lights - ie a loop above and below, to reduce the risk of this happening?
Of course, since I now recognize the problem, i'll be more careful, but with a £40 light dangling off the back I wouldn't mind a bit more protection there, possibly screwing into the 80mm spaced holes..
Cheers.

Intent on Cycling Commuting on a budget, but keep on breaking/crashing/finding nice stuff to buy.
