Full Face helmet - 3 y/o

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has a full face helmet for their little one.
We are currently sat in a&e after my youngest smashed into a metal gate, teeth first.
My reservation about a full face is weight, and the extra strain on his neck while riding.
We need to buy him a new helmet anyway, as my wife ran over his old one on the panic of getting him to hospital!

For full face helmets I'd look at 661 BMX racing helmets. A couple of the kids at my lads speedway club have them and they don't seem much heavier than a regular helmet.
A quick google has thrown this up, quite expensive though.
