Need help deciding Carbon Endurance bikes

Hi guys,

I am trying to decide between several endurance bikes:

Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1
Cannondale Synapse Carbon Disc Ultegra
BMC GRANFONDO GF01 Disc 105

my budget is in the range of around 2800-3200$ USD

I've only had experience with Endurance bikes, and not full-on Road bikes, since I was introduced with them. Are the full-on road bike geometry much more aggressive? I don't plan to really hard-core race, so comfort is bit more important to me than just pure-speed.

I am also open to other suggestions. Thanks in advance~

    Ah forgot to mention, I live in New York, US, so it'd be very difficult for me (i think) for me to get bikes from some of the more boutique shops from EU ;x
