Anyone any experience cycling in Strakonice czech republic? I've never cycled while on holiday but I'd love to. Also a heads up on bike hire would be good

My other half and I visited the in-laws around Telc last year and rented a bike from the station for a couple of days to cycle around. It's a very pretty part of the world, and whilst the bikes are nothing flashy, they do the job perfectly well for tourist cycling. It also isn't too hilly so they were fine. I'd say that's your best bet as you can return the bike to AN Other station (we returned ours in Jihlava), so you don't need to do a loop if you don't want to.
