Warm ride in the sleet and snow

Not much above freezing this morning in surrey and lots of sleet and a little snow. Couldn't decide on a ride or to get the turbo out. Glad I went out. Two pairs of socks, two pairs of gloves and four layers and the only part of me which was remotely cold was my toes after about two hours. The sleet didn't seem to get me very wet. I didn't see to many others out today. I did notice a few car drivers looking at me like I was mad for being on a bike in the conditions. Before anyone points it out, I know there is no real point to this post, but so what.
