My dad's bike was stolen around 28th Jan 17 from his garage in Renfrewshire. He built it himself. Who steals a 72 year olds bike??

Silver alloy rims small flange QR hub on front wheel
Large flange fixed/fixed track hub on rear wheel
Cinelli bars and stem
Stem us black and engraved 'cougar'on each side
Black 'turbo' seat with yellow trim
