Specialized Diverge Rear Rack and Fenders?

Hello All,
I am fairly new to cycling and new to this forum. I am getting readying to go on my first bikepacking trip (Only 3 days). I ordered some Ortlieb classic panniers. Now I am looking for a rack system for the rear of my bike that is light and multifunctional. I would also like for it to be bolted on with very few hiccups. I am also looking at Fenders, here in the United States I have had a rough time finding the specialized plug and play v2, does anyone have any experience with them or other fenders?
Also, any suggestions or rear racks that you have seen on a specialized diverge would be appreciated.
This is the diverge I own and am trying to suit up. https://www.specialized.com/us/en/men/b ... dsw/119017
Racks I have been looking at:

By default - Tubus for racks and SKS for mudguards. That said, clearances look too tight for proper mudguards so I'd potentially go for the Roadracers.Faster than a tent.......0

Thank you, I will check into them. Have you fitted those on a diverge before?0

I have read that the only mudguards to fit are the Specialized Plug & Play ones:

I got out of the article in the comments that the plug and plays don't even work very well.0 -
This rack is pretty decent if you have 28mm tyres or narrower:

The slight angle brings the weight of your panniers closer to the midline, so feel a lot more stable when you're loaded up. They also do a wider, hybrid version if you're running wider tyres.0 -

Thank you, do you know how well they fit the diverge?0 -
No idea, sorry.0

I just got a set of Dry Fit Plug and play only to then discover that you also need a special Rear fender mount for the Diverge. The techs said it clamped to your seat post that stabilizes the middle rear fender. gave me a part # S182200001. And In typical Specialized fashion is on back order until November. Plus the largest Tire you can run is a 32/33.0

Do you already have the panniers? It's worth checking what the heel clearance will be like, big panniers are designed with touring bikes in mind, and they have long wheelbases.0
