so i have a set of Roval treverse , with dt swiss 240s straight hubs ( at least i think i do ) . They were bargain cheap used on the net as the are 142+ and xd compatible for 12 speed .

I want to make them fit my 2009 Spesh Crosstrail , thats is the triggers broom of bikes, only frame and seatpost are original.

i need to make it 8/9/10 shimano freehub , is this the part please ?http://www.acycles.co.uk/dt-swiss-mtb-3-pawl-freehub-body-shimano-91011s-15998.html?gclid=CMKJrenB_tECFaIW0wodE9YLUQ

i need to reduce from 15mm front to QR and 12mm rear to QR , are these the parts please? http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/dt-s ... -prod81483

and http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/dt-s ... -prod23858

Also can i get back to 135mm from 142mm via freehub change , and machining down the above converters .

Doubt anyone has tried to do it that way. But DT Swiss have a quite comprhensive tech section, which includes adapters and compatibility.
    have you looked?

    Try asking DT Swiss then!

Adaptors arent expensive and easily sold on if needed, first thing to see is if any adaptors can be removed from yours!

  • yes the existing adapters can be pull off , and the xd freehub pulls off also . I will contact dt swiss , thanks for the advice . i find with bikes , if you have been away for a couple of years , the technology jump , can leave you in the dark when you return (:
