2012 CAAD12 Frame Question

Good day everyone!
I'm looking for opinions on the top tube of the Cannondale CAAD 12, 2016 model. I recently purchased one used, and noticed the top tube is very slightly bowed or formed downward toward the middle. I have scoured the internet and found several other photos which this appears to be from the factory(?) but I want to be sure.
Can any of you knowledgeable Cannondale fans out there verify for me that this is built this way and not due to damage?

Both the normal and Disc versions do this, just ran a line on mine looks about 2mm.0
