Ks ethirty integra dropper post sag

Looking some advise on a dropper post that has sag in it from new also a bit of sideways movement! The offending post is a ks e30-i. I was hoping I could just add some air as I can with my ks lev post, but I can't find a valve. Am I missing something or is it even possible to add air?
All advise welcome!

I think it's a sealed unit - no valve.

Yes I think your probably right. I've sent an email to ks to see if they can enlighten me.
