Campagnolo Bora Ultra 50 vs Enve SES 4.5?

I'm looking at these two clincher wheels as possibly my next wheelset. Anyone ride both? What do you think? The Campy's are around $4K here in the states and about half on German and UK sites. :roll:
I'm interested in wheels with minimal flex, good aero, and side wind resistance. Thanks!

    Just as a comment I'd look at the bora one as the rims are the same and iirc only the hub shell and bearing are different between the models.
