Cable routing with Canyon Ultimate CF SLX Aero cockpit and Garmin mount
My bike is UK configuration (Right Lever/Front Brake - Left/Rear).
The groupset is SRAM Red eTap
I ordered a front Garmin mount to go with my Canyon aero cockpit and I have a problem where the cable routing has to circumnavigate the garmin mount which causes the cable to effectively push the cable housing and therefore moves the alignment of the callipers.
The right shifter cable has to run along the underside of the bars and then out and under the garmin mount before turning back to head into the calliper housing. Shortening the cable won't help and I'm not sure lengthening it will either. I think the only way to fix this is to switch to a European configuration which routes cabling more naturally than the UK way but before I do that I just wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this problem and found a solution?
