Changes to Baylis Road / Lower Marsh / Lambeth North junction

Don't think I've seen this being discussed here yet - according to http://www.wbrproject.co.uk/ quite a lot of changes should have started around Lambeth North station in January.
- Cycle lanes and bus stop bypasses on Baylis Rd.
- Better (or at least more exciting) lighting on the tunnels, which should make the cycle route feel safer.
- Better crossing onto Lower Marsh from Carlisle St tunnel.
- Improvements to Lambeth North junction which should make it easier to get through by bike and on foot.
