Hygiene at Work

Recently started biking to work.

It's about 7.5 miles each way and I'm considerably sweaty when I get there.

I don't have showering facilities at work and wondered if anyone knew of good products for washing with a limited amount of water?

Also, what do people do with their sweaty clothes?

Baby wipes ? Can you leave your kit anywhere to dry ?

And you may want to take it a bit easier on the way in, or maybe wear less kit if you're really sweaty after 7.5 miles ?

Only option. I used to have to do this. Then you can ride hard/add extra distance on way home if you want.

Our faclities are single person room (lockable) with sink and toilet - so it's a strip wash with (cold) water for me. I take my own towel as I'm sure nobody else wants me to use the communal towel for anything other than drying hands ... :o
  • Shower or not take a towel. It's amazing what difference just wiping your body down to remove the sweat makes. Baby wipe the important areas for sure.
