Dubai Tour - spoilers
Does this warrant A thread?
Any way, Kittel took stage one pretty easily. Cav was on his wheel and Blythe on his for the last 2k but they finished 3rd and 10th respectively. Viviani was well pleced but ran out of gas early and was in 6th. Nice to see Degenkolb in the mix (4th).

Monsieur inseine, with all zeez threads you are really spoiling us.It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.0

Race organisers haven't worked out having the sun behind the riders makes for difficult viewing at the finish.0

I know he's my man, but for a couple of bits of luck going his way Cav would have pushed Kittel very close this week.
Still, would rather have bad luck now than in July.
Also, isn't this how the sprints started last season, Ewan dominating TDU and Kittel bossing the Dubai Tour...0
