Barrel adjuster seized!

The barrel adjuster screwed into the downtube on my Felt Z75 aluminium frame is seized solid, anyone know how I can remove it without damaging the threaded boss on the framset?

What tools will I need?

Try soaking it in plusgas if you don't have any wd40 or gt85 may work but wise folks on here say plusgas is better.
