10 speed to 11 speed. Will the hub fit my frame?

Hi.

I've been offered some new wheels from a friend which are a massive upgrade on my current stock wheels on my Giant Defy.

However, the new wheels have an 11-speed hub compared to my old ones which are 10-speed. I know I can fit my 10 speed rear cassette on the new wheels using a spacer on the hub, but will the new wheels fit the frame of my bike?

I'm assuming the difference will be minimal, but I thought it would be worth asking before I buy them from him.
