HANDLE BAR ISSUES

no previous issues but got the bike out the garage the other day and trying to turn the STIFF bars and there was a sound like a ratchet, lad took to his mates who jet washed around the headset which cured it for a bit. My suspicions are head bearings but I know f**k all lol

advice needed please

Probably needs a new headset, but without knowing any details who can say.

Jetwashing cures nothing and wrecks lots.
