Hi guys and girls looking for some help.
Just done my first Sufferfest ride A Very Dark Place and then tried to upload the data to Strava and it said that I have cycled 30 miles in 50 mins and at 40 mph wish I could do that but not on the first attempt lol.
Running with a Tacx Flow Smart turbo trainer and a wahoo speed and cadence sensor any help on how I can get true data is gratefully received thanks Phil

I don't have your turbo but I don't think you will never get true/speed distance data from a turbo because the resistance is not meant to be 'real world'. The only figure that matters is power.0

ok so use the data from the Wahoo fitness app instead which is true0

Sufferfests are pure interval training.
If you dont have an actual power meter then Sufferfest offer a virtual one on their app.
Train to their number targets after finding out what your threshold is.
It's not like Zwift which uploads to Strava as a Virtual Ride complete with mapping etc and the Zwift algorithm to keep speed and distance in the sane ballpark.
Just upload your Sufferfest as a workout and forget about speed and distance.
If your Wahoo app is saying 30 miles in 50 minutes and you want to believe it ,, fine.0
