Tacx Flow not connecting properly

Any help gratefully received.....

I connect handlebar unit to USB on laptop - get the connection sound and light goes to Yellow. However nothing I can do will connect the data feed. I never get the green light on. Scanning for devices in the software turns up nothing.

Had this all fine last year but now am trying again this winter and it is not working,

Brake unit is fine so I can ride on standard resistance but not use software, routes, etc...

Any advice?
