Hi
I am replacing my stolen Planet X Pro Carbon. I was initially looking at the same (SRAM Force) but was drawn to the Maratona, which I understand is lighter marginally and a better frame overall. In my local retailer yesterday I came across the Cube Attain GTC SL Disc 2016 which is on sale and so £100 cheaper.
The group sets are the same. The Cube has the disc breaks (only ever had on a hybrid/mountain bike) but carries a significant bit of extra weight. There aren't much in the way of formal reviews of either available. Has anyone got either and can provide advice. I am nearing 40, 6ft, 14st and do 30-60 mile rides generally.
Thanks
Rob
