Up early for a pre dawn ride on a Sunday, why??? God* only knows.

Should be back for lunch then more door hanging, oh the joy of carrying 35kg doors up and down stairs all afternoon.

Actually took a bike for a ride today, first attempt in months. Had to hose the dust off it first. Stopped for coffee and toast at the halfway mark, entirely unjustified but yum.

Possibly the shortest ride ever recorded, but at least it's something.

Snoozed in the sun for the afternoon to recover. 8)

Was hoping to ride today but gf had other plans that included me but was not necessary to let me know it seems. Off to some castle somewhere with her sister and her sister's dullard bloke who will no doubt be as boring as ever.

    'ning

off the plane fast while the cheery cabin crew held back the lower classes, baggage on the belt first, heathrow express arrived on the platform just as i did, wifi was dodgy so couldn't get my carnet to display, got a free ride in first, swift taxi, 1:10 plane to home, excellent

feeling the urge to go out for brekkie soon
my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny

Snowing over here. hill walking with kids
  • Well that cold! Garmin showing -2.9 degrees and my jacket is officially crap. It's about as breathable as a bin bag so when I got sweaty I got cold. Cut the ride short so going to have fun with some doors.

Drop the jacket and grease yourself up in goose fat.

Beautiful day in London, so gunna take the S5 out for its first ride of 2017'. Just a few laps of Richmond Park and then maybe a Zwift race later tonight.

    Morning all.
Not much going on here at the moment. Got a few odd jobs to do then off to watch the boy playing rugby. Lovely and sunny but bloody cold here. Should probably try and work out why there was a small puddle on the bathroom floor, we don't have any pets and there are no obvious leaks.

Blimey, people are up early in force today.

It was a bit tricky getting up after last nights party at the neighbours' house and the amount of rum they were putting in the punch. Still, was good fun and meant a decent sleep even if I did miss MOTD last night. Took the dog out for a walk to clear my head and feeling OK now.

Jobs and more footy later I guess...

Could be condensation on cold pipes, I've seen water dripping through the ceiling because of this.

It could be that he suffers from incontinence and alzheimers.

I think the players should all grow tache's. Liverpool were good when players had tache's.
