ks lev dropper post

having a problem with clamp a saddle to the ks lev dropper post one of the hex box hit the top stanchion of seat post.it the back hex bolt so the bolt is not going up to nut.when i tight the bolts up to the right 10n.m.the saddle in rocking side to side.any info cheers :evil:http://kssuspension.com/wp-content/uplo ... ntegra.PDF[url][/url]

    Looks like the clamp anchor should be further up the stanchion. Right up to the lip.

    cheers for reply don,t want to force it up lip.emailed the shop where i got the bike from.i got the saddle on and tighten the bolt but i could move saddle left to right.
