Hi All

A few days ago I was out riding and noticed that my bike was a little odd , stopped and noticed there was a small bit of twig between my brake pads and brake disc , removed it and got home , checked the bike over when I got home and noticed that there is a score mark on the brake disc , I can not work out if there is much wear on it or any at all , would you change the disc just to be sure , or any other parts ?

Thanks for any advice Ian

    Can you feel it?

I doubt a small twig would gouge steel.

I did when I first noticed but not now and the brake seams to be working fine , do you think I'm been a little too safe ?

    Thanks for any help, Ian

I wouldn't worry, worst that can happen is the pads wear a little quicker. But I doubt you'll even notice it.
