Help with choosing the right bike frame

Im looking to buy a light weight bike frame in size 51cm for climbing and racing. Im only 16 and am going to share this bike with my dad so we have a medium/large budget for the bike. I race national hill climbs and some local races so it needs to be very light and a bit aero. Any ideas? We where thinking of a Parlee Altum but they are expensive.
Any ideas?
