Nice bike. Perfectly capable for those sort of rides.

Hargroves have them in for £1,250 so I'd want a significant saving over that. 2nd hand, warranty etc

The bike you already have is also perfectly capable of doing the things you mention, if that helps.
  • thanks Imposter
  • Rutland have same at £1,299 in same size 2016 stock.

I've just bought the lower spec version Attain GTC Pro Disc (has 105 not ultegra and Fulcrum wheels not DT Swiss) You can get 2016 model for under a grand from Hargroves and Rutland. Lovely bike

I was advised to watch the sizing on the cubes, they seem to come up a little smaller than other manufacturers. I would fit a 54cm frame for most bikes but i bought the 56cm as the 53cm was too small

Personally, if you can get it for £1250 or £1299 brand new, it'a already approaching my maximum.

If you are sure it's in top nick, and exactly what you want, I would maybe go to £850 at a maximum, but preferably south of £700 - unlikely, as it's at £670!
