Ideas for 3 day route island hopping with cal mac in west of Scotland

Does anybody have ideas for a good off road circuit using cal mac ferries. Preferable 3-4 days around West coast of Scotland?

    Not really Island hoping but Arran, Cowal Way, then either West Highland Way north to Kinlochleven and ride inthe Nevis range or take it south Aberfoyle and ride the trails then then back to Glasgow (wherever you're starting from).
