2 Options for me:
Cateye Rapid X series (I have the X2 - on its 3rd winter and I have
never
had a problem.
A colleague of mine uses the Bontrager Flare R. A lot brighter than the X2 (on flashing setting, anyway) and very reliable too.
Both doing approx 10 hours per week in all conditions - so plenty of weather-testing!
