Has the street lighting been scaled down along CS3/Cable Street?

I thought LBTH were going to change the layout along that section, perhaps still figuring out what to do?

I reckon they'll get some resistance with pushing cyclists onto the road with cars for one direction. Almost certainly fine for cyclists like us (confident, faster) but stick someone cruising at 6mph in the road with an impatient car up their behind and it's a different story - and there will always be a minority of muppets (in cars) who'll try and speed down there and overtake with the smallest gap (like on popular high street, occasionally narrow street)0 -
ps. I'll look tonight to see if some lights are out - it might be the case actually.0
