Swapping BB30 bottom bracket

Hi,

I have one of these:

Anyone know how to get it out (before i start), or has taken one out? Any advice would be great!

I know i need to fit one of these as i want to use a quarq:

Which from reading the instructions wont be too hard.

I would heat it up with a hair dryer, take the axle out, put a punch through and knock all the way around until it pops out.

If someone has used retaining compound in there, spraying some acetone will soften it BUT be very careful to make sure it does not take your paint off or soften the carbon epoxy - I've never had this happen before but it's just a warning.
