Hi there
My twins are 12 in a couple of weeks and I want to buy then a couple of mountain bikes that will last.
My local bike shop has recommended these for £300 each and they have offered to customise them slightly so they don't look the same!

I bought my 13 year old one of these at Christmas for £270 which he's really pleased with:

Has anybody heard of the adventure range and are they any good? If you've seen any other deals I'd be really grateful for any help!
Thanks, Steve

Thanks Oxoman
I like the fact that they are in multiple colours and £60 cheaper!
Only problem is they look to only have the medium and I can't see what frame size that is. I was going to get 16" for them.
Also, my local bike store told me the Shimano gears would be easier to maintain as they stock all the spares. What are the gears like on the BTwin bikes?
Appreciate your help.

Shimano and sram are equally popular and both easy to maintain. Which ever gearing you get will not be a problem for any bike store. I prefer the btwin bike over the one you posted.0

Agreed total after a fair amount of looking - I could not get a better deal and spec for money than the BTwin Rock rider my sons had hos for a year now and its been excellent - its been llandegla and all over and rides it weekly.
for the price good deal - I had to order an XS though.
Trying to find a XS mountain bike for kids is shard as some want loads of money just because its XS.
Thanks

The Voodoo Nzumbi is worth a look - the prices fluctuate between 325 and 410, but with 13 and 15 inch sizes and a good level of kit, they are hard bikes to beat for youths/smaller adults.0
