Turbo Trainer Buying Advice

I want to buy a turbo trainer to use zwift, my budget is around 200-250. Would It be better to buy a low end smart trainer like the Tacx Flow Smart T2240 or a decent fluid non smart trainer and a garmin speed/cadence sensor?

Which would be more accurate and reliable?

I've been using the Flow smart for a couple of months, certainly does the trick. Remember if you get it from Halfords you can get an extra 10% discount with BC membership.
