Not as good as they used to be, they are now part of the Hut group!0

Ok but not brilliant.
Fairly quick delivery but returns process is a pain in my experience.0 -
One for the avoid listI'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0

They are a reasonable bike store, but slow these days.
Don't trust their 'flash' sales, many of the items listed will have actually been cheaper in the hours before or after!0 -
Once you've bought something you'll get constant sales emails or 'we miss you' emails cause it's been as little as three days since your last purchase which you've not received from them yet.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

Bought some tubs...arrived in good time. Ridiculous box and about 500m of air wrap stuff for 2 tyres...You can't beat Wiggle if it's something you may want to return I don't bother to look anywhere else. Well apart from those tubs but Wiggle were out of stock0

I had a nightmare with them. Ordered a wheelset and only got the rear. Then sat in all the next day waiting for a promised collection that never came (they forgot to book it).
In the meantime, the wheels had sold out.
Took over a week to get my £1000 back.
Will never use them again...0 -
I've never had one bad order from them. Always use next day and it comes next day. Often the cheapest (on particular things).
But I don't like any company that uses a returns authorisation systemMy blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

Facebook? No. Just say no.0 -
A nightmare to sort out an incorrect order.0

I tend to find they actually aren't much cheaper than anywhere else.
Plus wiggle price match if they have the item in stock and I'd generally always go for wiggle (I get cash back on wiggle purchases)0 -
Not all that cheap. Terrible returns process. Sometimes have stock no-one else does, though.0
