Acera upgrade?

I replaced my worn chain and now I'm getting gear slipping. The advice I get is that my cassette is worn so either put the old chain back on or replace the cassette. I'm going to replace it after 1000 miles, I'm going to upgrade for durability! I have the CS-HG 41 8-speed 11- 32 which I think is Acera
I could get the Altus HG-31 which costs more but looks cheaper.
I could get CS-HG51 8-speed Which cost more but I can't see any improvement.
The Shimano site doesn't list any of them. In fact 8 speed looks poorly supported all round.
Whats good that will fit?

To be honest, 8 speed Acera is as durable as anything.
Higher spec stuff is lighter and often less durable.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
I was wrong. I currently have the HG31. So what are the HG41 and HG51? Higher number better spec?0

But that doesn't mean more durable.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

Thanks Cobba, That's exactly the information that I entirely failed to find! From the little I know, That's the order of wear resistance.0
